Susan Siegel Sworn In as Newest Yorktown Town Councilmember

Yorktown, NY – The Town of Yorktown welcomes Susan Siegel as the newest member of the Yorktown Town Board. Siegel was officially sworn in yesterday and will attend her first meeting for her new term tonight.

Siegel brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Town Supervisor and Town Councilwoman. Her deep roots in the community and commitment to public service will be invaluable assets as she joins the Town Board.

“Susan’s dedication to Yorktown is unparalleled,” said Jann Mirchandani, Yorktown Democratic Committee Chair. “Her expertise and passion for improving our town tremendously adds to the Board. Tonight’s Town Board meeting will mark the start of Siegel’s three-and-a-half-year term to complete Ed Lachterman’s term. Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting and welcome Councilmember Siegel to her new role.
