The Yorktown Democratic Committee stands with the Yorktown community in support of the Gorman family as they continue to endure the unimaginable loss of their daughter, Sheridan.
We fully support the community’s efforts to establish a memorial in her honor.
We believe Sheridan’s legacy is best honored by celebrating her life, embracing and supporting her family, and remembering her love for Yorktown and the community she called home.
Our community is at its best when we respond to tragedy with compassion, dignity, and unity. That is how we should remember Sheridan Gorman.
